    Does is normal that call transfer stop the recording from the outside call ?

    To make it work on transfer, you must enable the recording option on the inbound routes.

    Also, you have to make sure that the extension who made the transfer have the recording option (Outgoing recording) enabled

    I set it into my record setting of my phone and it doesn’t work neither

    This is a pass trough environment, actually, according to your pictures, the call doesn’t arrive in an extension, the call is send directly to the outbound route. Right?

    Hi,

    Yeah maybe it me who didn’t understand the way we are suppose to call our inbound route. I set it like this because of my Trunk who is a CUCM who have my direct line from my telephone provider. I am trying to migrate all my phones from my CUCM to my VPBX. That why my VPBX is not directly connected to my phone provider.

    I changed the way I use my inbound routes, now it work.
