Is there a way to rename tenant?

I created few tenants on a multi-tenant and for purposes of accounting I need to rename them to account numbers. Changing description to account number changes the display name in the GUI.

    Thanks!

Changing the tenant’s name will affect the voicemail folders. Do you care about it?

    It shouldn’t be an issue.

However, is there a way to handle it?

You may change the tenant name using the MySQL CLI, and then, apply the changes using the following command:

    vitalpbx –fully-dump-conf

Will doing it this way affect voicemail?

Well, yes, but, you only have to move the old folder to the new one, for example, if your current tenant name is my-awesome-pbx and you want to rename to customer-pbx, then you have to do the following on the linux console:

    mv /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/my-awesome-pbx-voicemail  /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/customer-pbx
