Hello, I use a DIDww trunk and it does not register, request sent appears, the strange one that I have another vital installed and the trunk registers normally with the same settings.
check the registration string in the trunk
How do I check?
In the trunk module (PBX >> External >> Trunks).
Compare that string with your other server.
Solved trough chat:
The server is not enable to ping to the VoIP provider host, so, user must to open a ticket with its VPS Provider, due the VPS provider is not allowing communication between PBX and VoiP provider.
I wanted to thank the attention that was given to my problem yesterday and that the IP of the VPS was blocked with the VOIP Provider. Thank you one more time.
