I am not too experienced with VitalPBX but,
I’m having an issue where the client would like Ring group 1’s calls forwarded to Ring Group 2’s extensions if ring group 1 does not answer.
I’ve tried to configure this by adding ring group 2 to the “last destination” for ring group 1, Is there another possible way for this? as this solution isn’t working
