Ring Groups and DND

    When users activate server side DND  via *66*1  on their extensions,  calls from ring groups still go through to them as if the extension was not on DND any particular reason this is happening? Is this intended to happend, shouldn’t the system see the DND extension as busy and skip dialing them?

    What version of ViatalPBX do you have?

    Did you enable the option allow diversions in the ring group?

    Vital version 3.0.2-2, but I believe it also happens on the latest v2 version. No Diversions allowed in the ring group

    Do you have “Allow Diversions” to Yes in Ring-Group?

    As mentioned in my previous post, ALLOW DIVERSiIONS are set to NO in the ring groups. Is DND checked as a diversion? Shoulnd’t it just make the phone appear busy to the system?
