Setup Tenant Trunk for Outbound Calls

    I have setup a trunk on the main account and setup the Outbound Route.

    I have then assigned the Main account trunk to a tenant

    I then created a trunk on the tenant and created the type : TENANT

    I setup the Outbound route for that trunk on the tenant however when i call the number its an engaged tone but nothing going through

     

    Can you advise how I get this to work.
