SIP Trunk Goes UNREACHABLE

VitalPBX Community Support General Discussion SIP Trunk Goes UNREACHABLE

    Hi new to VitalPBX new setup after adding the trunk everything worked fine but after a while unable to make or receive calls, in checking Status Report>>Peers see that the PEER for Trunk shows UNREACHABLE give it a while and Refresh Status shows OK. Checked with TELCO and they say the the original test number provided to trunk is hard coded in system but did not set that number at anytime during the setup. Is there a way to see if this is in-fact the case and where would I look for it?

    Who is your VoIP provider?

    What are your current trunk settings? (Hide any sensitive data)

    Provider is Cable & Wireless / FLOW

    Further checking the status it appears that it’s OK for about 1 minute then unreachable for the same time and just loops¬†

    Try decreasing the qualify timeout on the SIP profile assigned to your trunk.
