Sonata recordings are not working I have the paid version but the data is not syncing nor can I get the extensions.
What version of VitalPBX are you running and What version of Sonata Recordings?
Do you have the latest VitalPBX version?
Did you already synchronize the extensions?
Yes, I have the latest version installed. I have removed and installed it a couple of times but always get the same error. On the console, I see get an error message.
extensions loaded options Object/sonata/recordings/index.php:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
Did you change something on your PBX? Like changing the default http port?
The sonata switchboard and billing is working correctly.
We just release a new update for the Sonata Recordings, may you update and let me know if after updating the issue get fixed?
Just updated to the latest version, now the issue has been fixed. Everything is working now.
