Sonata stats is taking UTC time on the Outgoing Call Details. IF you expand the calls the time the call was made is correct and not matching our call_date time on the cdr but it’s matching the calldate_utc time which is wrong. We have ensured the timezone is correct on both Vital and Stats. Please can someone assist as our client is struggling, they have 60 call center agents.
