    Can we please have some advice on how to retrieve better outgoing call stats out of sonata stats.  We have various outbound call centres and the current dashboard and reports is mainly geared at inbound call centres and queues.

    Hello sir,

    In the current version of sonata stats the outgoing calls reports shows how many calls were made by each agent and also a detailed list, what other data do you think will be useful to show.
