Is there any way to see statistics like date and time of pause start/end and pause reason on agents? I was looking it but couldn’t find. Maybe there is some table in DB for that?
I’m still a newbie, but it doesn’t look like there’s reports in the switchboard.
Until there’s an official reporting product from VitalPBX, you might want to look at asternic.biz
Yes I know that. But I’m not happy with that solution.
The sonata switchboard add-on doesn’t provide any kind of reports is an app for real-time monitoring.
On another hand, we are working in our system of statistics for outbound and inbound campaigns.
I’m looking forward that system 🙂
