    Am I correct in saying that it is possible to login an Agent to the Call Queues even if they are not actively registered?

    This seems like an issue.  Is there a way to prevent this?  I know that we could ask the Call Queue managers to check the status of an Agent before they log them in… but it would be nice to prevent non-registered Agents from being logged into a Call Queue.
