hi
just purchased a license for switchboard addon . but when i open switchboard all extens are showing grey and unregistered. do i need to allow app permissions?

I mean the firewall where the PBX is installed, not the PBX firewall.
For example, if you have installed the PBX on Amazon, the Amazon platform comes with its own firewall, so, you to allow the ports on the amazon firewall to make all work as expected.
If your PBX is self-hosted, then, you have to check if your network firewall allows those ports.
