    Version: 2.0.4-2

    Vital: VitalPBX 2.1.0-4
    Asterisk 13.23.1-1

    Dashboard Loads, then gets 3 rings of death OOO

    Other areas of the dashboard work, tried to recreate connection in ‘connection’ tab

    Any ideas how to resolve?

    Ahhh. I did not realize that the switchboard requires a port rule 3001 so that it can communicate with Vital from the Internet. That makes sense. Port forwarded 3001 to the server and all is well now!

    Thanks! It’s not documented anywhere and 3008 is not part of out of box firewall.

    It’s great candidate inclusion for next release. 😉

    Thanks for the recommendation, we already added in the manual the most common ports for each application.

    @ing-joserivera26

    Hello,

    I resolved the issue. I followed some of the steps I saw on the forum from users with similar experience and was able to resolve it myself.

    Thank you.
