› VitalPBX Community Support › General Discussion › 'TCP' is not a valid transport
I added a sip phone and all I see in logs is:
chan_sip.c: ‘TCP’ is not a valid transport for ‘702’. we only use ‘UDP’! ending call.
Under settings, tech settings, sip settings
I set TCP to enable under “network” and restarted.
Still getting the same error.
Any help would be appreciated.
had to update SIP profile to tcp;udp
