In the latest update, if you don’t set a default CID for the tenant, the FollowMe calls to external number comes up as anonymous. When you set a default CID, but you don’t force to use the default CID, then it still displays the default CID.
The reason is, because you have a caller ID set on the main tenant. Remove that. You normally don’t want any CID on the main tenant, because you have to make sure that CID is properly set on the local tenant side.
So, for now, until this issue is fixed, you will need to go to Admin > Tenants > Select the correct tenant and under the routing tab set the tenant’s default CID.
We applied the 3.0.6- update today, if we leave the Default External CID blank, it works. But if we have a number specified there, even tho we have the Restricted CID set to Disabled, it still sets that number as the CID.
