For the last week, I’m getting reports from customers of the following error message on VitXi on iOS:
The SIP account VitXi failed to register on the Push server with error code 408.
Nothing has changed on our end, no updates on our Vital install, not sure if the app store has pushed updates to VitXi, however the app store on my phone shows that it hasn’t been updated since January.
Is anyone else seeing this error? Any ideas as to things I might check? Everything else is working without a hiccup (knock on wood) for the last few months.
I am also having this same issue, and not sure how to resolve it. What specific steps do I need to take to get the error to go away. Again, this was working fine until recently, and we have not changed anything.
