Transfer timeout

    When I want to transfer a call from one extension to another, using *2 or #1, I have to dial the destination number within 3 seconds, otherwise it drops to a message “I am sorry, that’s not a valid extension, please try again”.

    Is there a way to lengthen this timeout from 3 seconds to perhaps 7 or 8 seconds?

    I will check if is possible to configure the transfer time out on asterisk!!

    We just released a new update of VitalPBX. Now is possible to configure the transfer timeout through the system general module.
