When placing an Inbound (trunk) call to the VPBX, we hear the initial IVR greeting…
But when we dial the desired extension, it does not “ring” the person but (instead) goes directly to their voicemail.
1. We’ve confirmed this with several different users/extensions
2. We’ve confirmed that, in each case, the (receiving) user’s Vitxi is connecting to the server.
3. (Here’s the “kicker”) We’ve confirmed that this has begun just recently, and that sometimes it happens & sometimes it doesn’t (while the above factors remain constant).
