I have a queue that I want to use with a few remote members who only use mobile phones. I’ve tried setting call forward immediately on their extension, but it always shows as busy. I’ve set the extensions to “Technology=none”. However, I can not get the call to forward out to the user. I do not believe they are logged in. I have looked at the feature codes, and can not find any code that would log a user in with respect to call forwarding in a queue. I enabled “allow diversions” for the users in the queue. For testing, I have created one queue with one member set to static.
