With some frequency, our Vital register more than one time in the same trunk, looks like the first registration get stuck and a second one is done.
A reastar is needed to restore the normal operation.Attachments:

Hello Guys, is there a Way we can investigate it, it happened again, in the moment I have 3 registrations, but we have only one trunk.
As can be seen in the image, there are 3 registrations, but only one trunk, when it happens the cient doesn’t receive the calls, and we must reboot the Vital PBX.Attachments:

Jose Miguel Rivera: You must check on your provider side if is not requesting such registrations due to disconnection issues. In any case, using SIP protocol only allows you one device registered to it.
We had this problem with another provider once, its happening with another provider today, we already spoken, they say that they work on passive mode only and dont send any kind of request.
I can see the 2 registrations occuring, the sip show doesnt list it, besides the SIP protocol allow it or not, maybe the second one kicks out the first in a infinite looping but is indeed happening.
In this moment is happening again, the calls starts to fail to complete in a intermitent way, about half of of the trials dont complete, we managed to verify and got the problem again, so I disabled the trunk, and the segond registration is out, the callings begins to work again, only the ghost registration is active.Attachments:

0 Down Well, Make sure you don’t have other trunks pointing to the same provider and check that your trunk configurations are according to the provided by the VoIP provider.
Everything possible was checked more than once, I’ve said before, this happens with diferent providers in diferent configurations, its happening again and generates a huge trouble coz the majority os the calls just fails.
We have 2 trunks with the provider actually with duplicated registry, each one of them with a different username, the other trunk user is working fine, but one is duplicated.
We really need a support here, if you need a starting poni to investigate ask us how we can help, logs? More prints? Anything that helps…0- December 3, 2020 at 5:24 pm
