    Hello,

    I have CDR and Directory issues with latest version. They were not present in the previous version.

    1. CDRs are blank and not populating. I tried so things already proposed on this forum and none worked.

    2. Every time Directory is being used, I’m getting “No directory entry match your search”

    Any help is appreciated.

    About the CDR, did you already try to restart the asterisk service?

    and, about the Directory, are you talking about the PhoneBook?

    I did try to restart asterisk and server.

    The directory is Dial by name.

    Both issues resolved themselves after upgrading to latest version, 2.3.1-3.
