VitalPBX Community Support Reporting an Issue VitalPBX 3.0 HighAvailability CallCenters IVR Cos does not work correctly

    I have inbound route to Time Condition and Time Condition to IVR, if time matches.

    For IVR I create a CoS with Dialing restriction rule and add not allow for the extensions.

    In IVR I turn on Direct Dial.

    I try to test and make inbound call, all is good, but CoS not work, I can direct dial to restract extensions.
