I have the communicator connected to an Asterisk PBX and registered to an extension that is a dynamic member of a queue but when I hit the Login button I get a message saying that the “Agent does not belong to an Call Queue”. How does the communicator determine if the extension is a dynamic member of a queue?

I’m also wondering how Communicator works with call queues and with Login/Logout of a queue.

I’ve the same problem with version 2.4.6.

I’ve tried the installation on 2 different PC.

I’ve tried to solve the problem, on a PC i’ve installed v2.4.5 and it worked correctly and after i’ve upgraded it to 2.4.6.

    Maybe it’s a bug?

    Thank you.

VitalPBX Communicator determines if the extension belongs dynamically to a queue if when sending the Hint request (BLF) it is answered and the Login Button shows green red. If there is no answer, the button remains gray.

The Hint value should be: QAL_EXT, Where EXT is the extension number.

If there are any changes between version 2.45 and 2.46 to allow use in Multi-Tenant environment.
