I have the communicator connected to an Asterisk PBX and registered to an extension that is a dynamic member of a queue but when I hit the Login button I get a message saying that the “Agent does not belong to an Call Queue”. How does the communicator determine if the extension is a dynamic member of a queue?
VitalPBX Communicator determines if the extension belongs dynamically to a queue if when sending the Hint request (BLF) it is answered and the Login Button shows green red. If there is no answer, the button remains gray.
The Hint value should be: QAL_EXT, Where EXT is the extension number.
If there are any changes between version 2.45 and 2.46 to allow use in Multi-Tenant environment.
