VitalPBX Firewall, Ports?

    Hi there,

    We’ve had some intermittent connection issues within our team as we’ve been preparing for an org-wide rollout of VitalPBX as our phone system.

    Biggest issue is some folks simply get timeout errors trying to connect. Switching over to another network usually resolves the issue, e.g. using a smartphone not on the same wifi.

    We’ve been doing some detective work and think the firewall on the the server may be the culprit. So our questions are:

    1. Is this folks’ IPs getting banned? How do we check this?
    2. What kind of firewall setup is running on the CentOS server? Is this one and the same with the firewall settings accessible in the web console?
