    Hello,

    Thank you for welcoming me to your forum.
    I installed VITALPBX to connect to my OVH account in France.
    I defined the trunk in SIP and this one is well registered.
    I cannot make any external calls, either it rings busy or I get a message telling me that the number cannot be dialed as defined.

    Can you give me a configuration of the trunk and outgoing routes with OVH france ?

    Sadly we’ve not homologated this device with VitalPBX, so, we don’t have any instructions about it. about the outbound routes, make sure defining dial patters for the number you wish to dial, e.g:

    1NXXNXXXXXX -> Allows you to dial numbers like 13055605776
    NXXNXXXXXX -> Allows you to dial numbers like 3055605776

    Which dial pattern do you use for France ?

    Ex: I need to call outside number from France 0493489494 OVH use 0033493489494

    On my hold FreePBX I used XXXXXXXXXXXXX, it worked fine.

    You can use the same patter on VitalPBX, remember, you have dial the full number, in the format:
    0033493489494
