    Hi,

    I have created Queues with Position Announcements and I have around 15 Static members added.

    Whenever a calls is inbound to the queue, the system tries dial all the agents despite even if they are offline and sometimes gives a message that the agent is not at desk and we will try to find it.

     

    I need some assistance as of how to make the queue to only dial those extensions who are online.
