    Did the little icon for login/logout of Call Queues (near Voicemail) get removed in 1.0.5-6?

    No, verify that the role assigned to you has call center permissions enabled.

    If you have these permissions enabled, you will have the respective options of the queues

    I am a SuperAdministrator.  There are no role options (greyed out)… but I’d like to be able to be a part of a Call Center/queue as well.

    Is this not possible for a SuperAdministrator?

    Also, my SuperAdmin account doesn’t seem to be able to create new Roles.

    I’ve confirmed that I can create roles.

    But still SuperAdministrator does not have the Call Center/Queues icon available?

    Yes, this is an issue in the app. We are already working on this so that in the next version the super administrators have this feature enabled.
