Sure, the VitXi API documentation will be released so that you can manage the resources through the endpoints.
We are currently finalizing call center features such as start, pauses, and log out of the queues to later publish a new version. After we finish these features we will review the suggestions from our community such as importing contacts and other features that have been suggested to us.
