    How can users be created in VitXi WebRTC in bulk?

    Hello, we appreciate the work and effort, but we are still unable to import Users in VitXi using the import template.  Please see attached.  Also, we’ll start a ticket.

    Could it be because the “tenant” is not specified?  “Tenant” is not listed in the import template.

    The error listed is a bit vague.

    Import Users

    An error occurred while importing
    This action is unauthorized.

    Also, the columns are still out of order between the VitalPBX extensions export/import… but we at least can move those around manually.  Just extra work.

    Good Morning,

    The new Vitxi update, which includes a fix to the auto-import csv process for new users, appears to be working well.
    However, when using it to make a ‘change’ to an ‘existing’ account (even a minor one, like their first name) appears to ‘remove’ the user in Vitxi completely.

    Can this be fixed, please?

    Yes, in the new version that we published this week, improvements and fixes were made in the import of users.

    When you try to update a user, does it no longer appear in the user list?

    Remember that you must put the same username so that it can be updated correctly.
