    Hi forum,

     

    We have buy the multitenant license key and now our VitalPBX it’s running with more than a hundred customers. I’m having some problem with Voicemail, because everytime that we dial *97 the prompt it’s requering a new password.

    I tried to enable the option “Skip Instructions” but the prompt persists. Could you please help me? Below my VitalPBX Version.

    VitalPBX Carrier 2.4.2-1
    Asterisk 16.6.2-1
    DAHDI 2.11.1-7

    If you use the same extension as password for voicemail, then, the system will always ask you to enter the password and some other settings.

    However, you may disable this behavior going to the voicemail settings and disabling the options Force Name and Force Greetings.

    Thank you, I was using the same extension as password.

    I changed the password and it’s working now.
