Warm transfer not working

    Hi there

    For some time (months?) the “*2” attended transfer feature will not work on my extensions (there are only 10 of them). Pressing *2 when on a received call does nothing. In fact, none of the “On Call” feature codes do anything in a call.

    I feel this used to work previously but can’t be certain. The default dial profile is set to allow transfer by recipient. I am using the default “all permissions” class of service and thought this would allow warm transfers.

    Just built a test version of VitalPBX on a test PC and same problem exists. Am I missing something obvious?

    Update: Did a bulk modification to re-apply the default Class of Service and it has resolved the problem.
