Hi forum,We have buy the multitenant license key and now our VitalPBX it’s running with more than a hundred customers. I’m having a problem to hear the voicemail messages when the language set in the extension it’s in portuguese.
We dial *97 and press 1 to hear old messages. When the system starts to say the data and the time that the message was delivery the call it’s disconnect and we can’t hear the messages.
The problem is not ocurring if I change the language extension to English.
Below my VitalPBX Version.
VitalPBX Carrier 2.4.2-1
Asterisk 16.6.2-1
DAHDI 2.11.1-70
