    Under Outbound Routes, I need to set up:

    Person dials 822

    VitalPBX will drop the 822 and actual dial 800XXXXXXX

    I have tried to set up

    Prefix 800XXXXXXX

    Pattern 822

    I get:

    NoOp(“PJSIP/5203-00000053”, “Trying to determine if is a local extension”) in new stack

    Can anyone tell me how I can do this, if possible?

    Thanks.

    Does the user dial 822 plus a number or just 822?

    E.g:

    822 -> 80012334555

    or

    82212334555 -> 80012334555

    No just “822” then I need VitalPBX to actually call a 800XXXXXXX

    Thanks,

    Well, in that case, You can create a speed dial where the shortcode would be “822” and there, you will be able to point to any number, like “800124355224”

    Wow!  Thanks Jose!  I thought speed numbers needed to have an “access code” to access Speed Numbers.  I feel kinda-of-stupid here, thanks!
