    Having issues with EPM not auto-provisioning 29G phone correctly able to copy config from web-page and upload via a cfg file and it will update but web-portal will not any ideas?

    Im having a similar problem. Essentially I get the phone to auto provision but in order update the DSS keys and pull the new information from EPM the phone needs to be Factory reset and then it will pull the new settings once the information is passed through Yealink RPS the new information is present. I should not have to factory reset the phone every time.

    Usually, the phone needs to be rebooted to retrieve the configurations. The phones don’t need to be factory reset.
