    Hi All,

    Same as Raj-45, I have Grandstream ATA HT802 registered to a sip extension ext (78) and the ATA is connected to a FAX machine but can’t send any faxes and always return with busy signal.
    Here you are the log  in the attachments while trying to send a fax to (17634174193) from ext(78) call flow is changed in this row” == Redirecting ‘SIP/T24_78-0000302f’ to fax extension due to CNG detection”

    what is the backup path to put the backup file in if I install a new vitalpbx v3 on a new server?

    no, only the the phonebook addon.  VitalPBX version is 2.4.2-1

    Thanks for that great short explanation. But if we did so and I have one tenant for Support team that we intend to make it call all tenants, then we will have Trunk and outbound routes for each tenant we want to call. For example, if we have 50 tenants other than the one for support team, then we will need a 50 trunk and 50 outbound routes on the support tenant other than the other trunks and outbound routes for outside calls.
    Is there any way to make decrease the number of trunks and outbound routes?

    Thank you so much for your great help and waiting your updates. 
    Suggestion: if they is ability to merge the apply and reload with the save button, that will be great for the users and save much time.

    Yeah that will be Ok if that appears when I made changes on the usr portal, but that happened after I made changes on the master tenant!

    Thanks so much, it worked now on the master tenant. But it doesn’t on the other salve or clients’ tenant. How can I assign specif fax device for each tenant alone and other tenants can’t see or even use it?
